introducing the tulip originals: second edition
just in…
a small collection of 16 original paintings, all inspired by the same bunch of tulips and developed from my earlier tulip studies.
each piece is freehand painted in a rich crimson, using light, flowing lines that capture movement rather than perfection, something I enjoy experimenting with as an artist. they’re loose, expressive, and quietly joyful - each one slightly different, even though they all begin from the same starting point.
painted on A4 textured paper, these works feel delicate yet confident. they work beautifully on their own as a simple statement piece, or together as a set, where the repetition and variation really come to life.
About the Collection
meet the lisianthus - soft, rose-like blooms drawn in vibrant ultramarine blue. this small collection of original line drawings is gentle, flowing, and quietly expressive, celebrating looking over perfection and letting the hand move freely. delicate yet confident, they offer a calm, contemporary alternative to the bold energy of the tulips - perfect if you’re drawn to something a little lighter, a little slower, and beautifully understated.

the last of the tulips
there’s just one print remaining from my previous tulip edition.
drawn last year as part of my original tulip studies, this final piece sits beautifully alongside the new tulip originals - the same subject, the same soft movement, and the same gentle, flowing lines.
It feels like a natural bridge between the two collections: a familiar favourite that pairs effortlessly with the newer works, whether displayed on its own or as part of a growing tulip wall.
A small, quiet moment - and the last chance to collect this edition.
